Market Value

I will discuss with you the present market value based on research from comparable listings to determine the ‘price-point-sweet-spot’. Pricing your property right the first time is the key to selling it in a timely manner and getting you the best return.

Step #3:

& Sell

Lastly, without delay, your home will be listed for sale. Through RE/MAX’s expansive reach you’ll be getting the best exposure available for your home, and reach hundreds of potential buyers.

About Me

As a licensed real estate professional with over twenty years of experience in heating and septic systems, I’m extremely committed to transferring my in-depth knowledge to my clients. My combined experiences serve many people by providing ease and security, especially for first-time buyers and rural property seekers. 

Alongside my realtor experience, I apply that same dedication to the community work that I do, as I am currently serving my second term on South Glengarry council as Deputy Mayor.
